Professional Biography
Josh Faircloth is the Founder and President of Faircloth Defense Solutions, LLC, a defense consulting firm dedicated to helping government contractors and manufacturers strengthen operations, improve supplier performance, and pursue growth opportunities within the U.S. defense industry.
Josh brings more than 20 years of experience in aerospace, defense manufacturing, quality, operations, and environmental compliance. He spent 16 years with Sikorsky Aircraft, supporting one of the nation’s premier military aircraft manufacturers and gaining extensive experience working within highly regulated defense environments. He later served in a leadership role as Director of Air Quality Services at Sanders Lead Company, where he oversaw environmental compliance programs and collaborated across manufacturing operations to ensure regulatory excellence and continuous improvement.
Josh is committed to delivering responsive, professional consulting services built on accountability, technical knowledge, and a customer- first mindset.
